Available in widths from 30 to 125 feet, it is the fastest solution to obtaining cost effective workspace. With no central support inside the structure, trucks and forklifts can operate in all directions. High side wall clearances allow maximum storage space, making every square foot useable.

Built with corrosion resistant steel and covered by a waterproof membrane, industrial equipment and raw materials are efficiently protected. You will find MegaDomes at many locations including at the Consolidated Thompson Bloom Lake Mine just west of Labrador City Click Here. At Bloom Lake a cement plant is housed inside a 125' x 464' MegaDome that is installed on large concrete blocks. The structure has full lighting and is insulated to meet the demands of a northern climate. A smaller MegaDome is also used at the mine as a garage for equipment repairs and maintenance. Click Here 

A MegaDome structure protects your machinery, equipment and raw materials from inclement weather. Our structures are able to meet your needs, quickly and less expensively than constructing or renting conventional industrial space.

These buildings can be designed for lighting, vents, sprinkler systems and a variety of door systems. The fabric can be fire rated, insulated and is available in a variery of colours.

MegaDome structures are pre-galvanized with bronze welding, accredited by the CWB, offering a better protection against corrosion than the usually painted welds.

MEGADOME OPTIONS

Foundation: Concrete Piers (sono tubes), Large PreCast concrete blocks, continuous foundation (grade beam), concrete walls, and wood wall.

Doors: The choice is yours! Doors can be installed on gable ends and/or sides. Any type of door can be used and they can be installed so they swing, slide or roll-up. Just confirm with our staff the type, size and location of your door(s) to ensure for proper framework.

Ventilation: Turbines, Roll-up sides, Peak vent Louvers.

Insulation and Heating: Our buildings can have insulation as well as have diesel-fired heaters added for greater comfort in during the winter season.

Optional Features: Steel cladding or wood finish on gable ends and sides (up to 10').
